Where is the "Ignore ownership on this volume" bit?

Greetings,

I've got a backup application that needs to set/restore the state of the "ignore ownership on this volume" property before restoring a volume. But for the life of me, I can't find where this property is set. I've combed through the FSVolumeInfo and GetVolParmsInfoBuffer and don't see anything. I even wrote a program to dump these and looked for changes, but nothing changes.

Any guidance would be appreciated...

Note: I also have a related question about capturing and restoring the state of a volume's "blessedness," which may or may not be related to this question.
