Hmmm, is there any documentation how to do this?
No. This technique is not supported by Apple, which means that we
won't publish any documentation for it (we have a hard enough time
documenting the stuff that we /do/ support!). Once you start working
below the level of the KPIs (the Kernel Programming Interfaces, which
are the supported interface to the kernel), your only good reference
is the source itself.
Are you doing this for your own use, or do you plan to roll it into a
shrink wrap product?
