disable Trash, Spotlight and fsevents on all optical (udf) discs

Hello all,

is it possible to disable Trash, Spotlight and fsevents on all optical discs?
I would like to prevent implicit writing to my UDF-formatted discs (BD-RE).

For now I have disabled Spotlight completely, replace .Trashes by an empty
file of the same name and create the empty no_log file in .fseventsd - but
this is a really ugly hack.

thanks in advance and sorry for cross-posting,
O.
