Corrupted Volume Header Data

I have a volume that appears to have had a preference file overwrite key volume header data (happened due to multiple consecutive panics resultant from a failed graphics card). DiskWarrior is failing in the final phases of repair (says running out of memory when there is sufficient left according to top and drive space/size of swap files). What options exist for reconstructing this header properly?
