fcntl(fd,F_SETSIZE,?)

What's the third parameter of fcntl() supposed to be when the cmd is F_SETSIZE?

Neither the man page or fcntl.h file says what the third argument should be.

An in general, where can I find the source for functions like fcntl()? I've searched opensource.apple.com six different ways, but all I find are stub functions and placeholders.
