Greetings,
I'm trying to find the POSIX/BSD equivalent of the Carbon API's
kFSForceReadMask option.
I have situations where I read a data record and check it for
corruption. If it appears to be damaged, I would re-read the
data using the kFSForceReadMask.
None of the fcntl() commands (F_FULLFSYNC, F_NOCACHE) would
appear to be equivalent and I can't find any other volume
attributes or read modes that appear applicable.
