Hi list,
I have configured automounter (OS X 10.8.5) to keep maps in AD (using NIS format), following the document here:

Everything seems to be fine, "dscl localhost -ls /Search/Automount" lists the map fine, but yet, I have no joy with automounter itself - it does not seem to use DirectoryService at all.
What could be wrong?
Is there any chance to put automounter in detailed debug mode to see what it does?
Automounter in Fedora/Centos works absolutely fine with my setup.
