PackageMaker Issue

Title: PackageMaker Issue

Hello,

We have created a Packagemaker installer and when we install on a machine running 10.2.8 we get a message saying "You cannot install this software on this disk. (null)". If you click the "Go Back" button and then click the "Continue" button the installer suddenly works.

The only special flag we are setting is that the install must go on the Root Volume Only. If we remove this flag, the installer works fine the first time through.

We have tried using both versions 1.2 and 2.0.1 of Packagemaker with the same results. I would be grateful if anyone has any ideas on how to solve this issue.
