Solved my problem! Because of the package receipt, my installer was running
as an upgrade, not an install, thus skipping the 'postinstall' script-
I added a 'postupgrade' script and all is peachy! This also uncovered the
possible support issue of users who ran the installer multiple times, so
having both scripts covers all my bases!
I've also successfully implemented an "InstallCheck" script to only install
on a specific OS-
All in all, I'm pretty pleased with Packagemaker! Thanks, Apple!

Make sure the script is executable in the package (chmod 555).
Also, your script assumes that the working directory is the user's
homedir. That's not a safe assumption.
Use 'chdir $HOME' at the top of your script to cement this
assumption, or change your ln and cp commands to use full paths by
adding the $HOME var in each.
