If installing a package onto a secondary HD (not the boot drive) does the relocatable option need to be checked?  Basically I am installing packages from command line using a post-action script during imaging using NetRestore...I am using the command line installer

Installer –pkg package.pkg –target /Volumes/Macintosh HD
