I'm trying to inform them what will be installed if they will not
customize the installation.

Chris
Unfortunately, I wanted to inform the user before start of the
installation, so that he can customize what to install. I'll give
a note into readme and that will be OK.
Thanks anyway.

Hi,
please is it possible to change the default informational text
shown in the "easy install" pane of the installer? It contains
"Click Install to perform a basic installation of this
software ....". I want to display more specific information,
but I did not find how to do it. I think it is not possible,
but maybe someone knows how to do it.
Could a separate window launch at the start of the real
installation process be OK?
In that case, you could use the preflight script to launch a
helper app which will display your dialog (using the
CFUserNofification API for instance).
