Hi!
I would like to know what the meanings of some fields of verbose package information reported by the command line installer:
# installer -pkginfo -verbose -pkg AltirisAgent.pkg
Package information:
Title : Dummy Package
Message : This item is required.
Package : Dummy Package
Must Authenticate : YES
Description : Dummy Package Description
Size : 31799 KB
Status : Fail
Will Restart : NO
I am interested in what the Message and Status fields stand for. Especially when I get a Message like "DummyPackage cannot be installed on this computer".
