When install .mpkg using installer, one button called "Customize" will show the .pkg package list. I don't want to this button be shown, how can I hide it?

It depends...

(a) If you are working with a Distribution script, there is an official option to do that.

(b) If you are working with a good old package, there is an undocumented option which is used in the iTunes metapackage and which is supported in the most recent updates of Mac OS X 10.4.

So how can you do this?

(a) Look at the documentation (the release notes) of Software Installation on Tiger.

(b) Download the iTunes metapackage and inspect it.
