[installer-dev] Requires Restart becomes Shutdown?

Hello,
I am trying to build an installer package (with PackageMaker 2 -- see 1) )which requires restart. But when I set the Post-Install Action to "Required Restard", it will change to "Require Shutdown" the moment I save the project (and consequently, when I open it)
Am I missing something? Is this a known bug? Could anyone here tell me if she or he has successfully build a project to "Require Restart"?
Alex
1) I would love to use PackageMaker 3, but I have a different bug there that prevents me from successfully installing a kext. I posted the issue to the list a while ago, but did not really get a reply. It is filed on radar-
