Hi, the other day, I wrote a message that I need to use "sudo" in my installer script - but apparently that isn't my problem. It appears that my installer script doesn't run at all. I named it preflight, and its executable bit is set. When I ctrl-click on my built package, and select "show package contents" and then go to Contents -> Resources, it's right there where it should be. However, it's icon is NOT that of a UNIX executable, it has the BBEdit icon (is this a problem?). I made the script's first order of business creating a directory on my desktop just to see if it's getting anywhere, and it does not do this. So it's not even running the script. Any ideas? Help is much appreciated as I am new at this. Thanks! |
