Hi Filippo,

make sure the folders and scripts are owned by root/wheel. Access rights should be -rw-r----- for the .plist, -rwxr-x--- for the script, and drwxr-xr-x for the folders. As a safety measure Mac OS X does not allow Startup Items (which run as root) that are changeable by non-privileged users .
