Installer UI Not showing any thing.

Hi All,

Frequently I am getting this problem of Installer UI not displaying any thing. Instead of showing the Introduction screen of UI, it shows a grey screen and the button “Continue”. Is it due to Preflight script of which is checking OS version?

When I am minimizing the Installer UI to the doc and Click the Installer UI from the doc again, there is no such problem exists.

Please help If possible.
