FYI, InstallEase from LANRev has an option to create an Uninstall package when you use it to create the install package...all it does is create an empty installer with a shell script removing everything that was installed.

No.

You can't.
One of the current solutions is to either let your users rely on
existing utility that try to uninstall applications or to write a
specific script or tool to do this for your app.
Yet, with the new database replacing receipts and the fact that
apparently packages are no more in disgrace in the UI guidelines when
it comes to installation, things look a bit brighter for the future.
