The short answer is to create a package that targets only 10.5. The long
answer is read all the available documentation including the
PackageMaker app help, the Apple Software Delivery Guide, man
packagemaker, man pkgutil, and man installer. Once you do that a clear
picture of what can be done and how to do it will emerge.
