I am not doing kexts, but am not having that sort of problem. Are you
setting the permissions from within Iceberg? Or are you trying to get
them right on the file before bringing it in? And if you just have a
single bundle or folder and grab just the top piece of it and assign a
setting to it, everything else underneath will get settings based on
that. I especially like the way Iceberg does it because I can grab the
root of my .app, and it will also take along new files in my bundle
(or handle deletions just fine).
