I'm posting to the list to see if my issues are isolated (perhaps I

1. It forgets the owner and groups I assign to my package
components. Randomly.
2. It decides that EVERYTHING should 'Require logout'. Frequently.
At present I'm not aware of any specific bugs that would be causing
this but it sounds like there could be one. If you haven't already
could you please file a bug report for each of the above issues with
as much details to reproduce as possible?
3. It doesn't remember where I want components installed after
closing and reopening the .pmdoc. Occasionally.
I believe that this is a known bug in the version of PackageMaker
that you are using. For the time being you should be able to work
around this by enabling the "Allow custom location" option (in the
package configuration tab) for the component you are trying to set an
install path for. If I understood your problem correctly that should
solve the problem until a fix is released. If that doesn't work for
you please file a bug (and reply to this message) and we'll look into
it to see if we can spot what is going on.

These make it very difficult to use as I have to check every point
above for every component every time I build; just to ensure that it
works. Then I have to test the package to make sure I haven't missed
anything. Has anyone had a similar experience with PackageMaker 3.0?
Is there something I am doing which could explain these problems?
Keith
