How do I tell packagemaker to keep the files' permissions, using the command line?
man packagemaker
<snip> [--no-recommend, -m] If specified, packagemaker will not apply recommended permis- sions to package contents. </snip>
We've found quite a few bugs with the recommended permissions with regard to LaunchAgents and LaunchDaemons.
I hear that the packagemaker included with the iPhone SDK is actually newer than the latest official one, and may or may not fix some of these bugs.
