Not sure if these is even the correct forum to be posting this in but here goes.

I have a build script, that builds several xcode projects. In my script I have several places where I am writing to various .info, .plist and .strings files. I can write to the .info and .plist files fine but when I try to write to the InfoPlist.strings files for some reason I am not successful. I have tried changing permissions, owner and etc. but from a call in my script .strings will just not let me write to it.

These are the localized files under ../English.Iprog/InfoPlist.Strings, .../Spanish.Iproj/InfoPlist.Strings, and etc.

Is there anything special about the .stings files I am missing or is there some other issue I should know about?

Thanks for any suggestions
