Does the Installer.app support Uninstall from a PackageMaker pkg?

Good morning all,

Is it possible to implement an Uninstall feature in .pkg files created with
PackageMaker? I think I read somewhere that this was not possible, but I
cannot find my source at this time.

If it IS impossible, how do some folk implement uninstallers on their
software?
