I have recently upgraded to Packagemaker 3.0. Previously I had preflight scripts within my packages, and a postflight script within the metapackage. Now using distribution packages, my preflight scripts work – but the postflight script will no longer launch. Does 3.0 support postflight scripts in a distribution package? Or does it have to be within the package?

I would tend to believe it needs to be within a package because when PackageMaker needs to run a preinstall or postinstall scripts (the equivalent of a preflight and postflight script for Flat packages), it includes additional virtual packages.

The distribution script format does not include keys for preinstall or postinstall scripts AFAIK.
