Make the installer FAIL

  • Thread-topic: Make the installer FAIL

Is there a way to in a preinstall script to make the installer fail? I have
a custom applescript with resources I wrote that are in the resources
folder. I want it to run via osascript and if the result is false to stop
the install from moving forward. Is there anyway to do something like this?
Return an error from the preinstall script?

Thanks

Steffan
