I have probably missed a critical posting, since I haven’t run PackageMaker in over a year, but...

...Did something change in the PackageMaker pmdoc format, such that the packages that used to be listed hierarchically (in previous project) BENEATH their choices are no longer displayed that way?  

I’ve opened a couple of PackageMaker projects that used to have packages beneath their choices, and now those same packages are just listed beneath all the choices.  The choices’ disclosure triangle is displayed, but its package is not under it.
