On MacOS X 10.6.2, after creating a package with PackageMaker
I ran hdiutil create and it sporadically hangs opening a resource fork.

CUDIFFileAccess::writeResourceFileAsCarbonResourceFork: adding resource fork
CUDIFFileAccess::writeResourceFileAsCarbonResourceFork: opening resource fork
Does anybody know why this might be happening? We are
writing out to a NetApp Filer.
