[Regression?] Flat Package, Background Image and Resizable Window

It looks like it's no more possible to prevent the Installer.app window from being resizable when using a Flat Package.

If you set the background image to be 620 x 418 (1), the window will be resizable even if autosizing is set to none. (2)

Are there specific settings to prevent the Installer window from being resizable (I can see a lot of points to do that, I can even see a line)?

(1) There's a typo(?) in the Mac OS X Deployment v10.5 book. In Leopard, the default size of the contents of the window is still 620x418, not 620x420.

(2) Windows are cleverly not resizable when the package is a 10.2 format metapackage.
