root:admin 775 or 664 depending on if it's a folder or a file.

In some version of Mac OS X, the group id of a user had the same value
as its user id, e.g. 501:501. On other versions, it was/is 501:20. The
best solution (IMHO) is to use root:admin if you install anything in
/Library or /Applications.
