enable_currentUserHome working?

Is the enable_currentUserHome option supposed to work correctly?

From what I can see with a package, it does not work at all. When you select your home folder as the destination of the installation, the payload is still installed in /. The relocatable flag is set and the bundle locator is not enabled. not even defined.

Does this option imply that you should not ask for admin/root authentication?

BTW, the pkmkpidforapp tool crashes when it's run with no arguments => Bus Error. If you pass an incorrect argument, it crashes again => Segmentation fault.
