Privileges and Permissions

I work on iMac G5 PPC 20' (2005) with Mac OS X (10.5.8 )

In PackageMaker 3.0.2

I got those Warnings:

-----Begin Warnings-----
User ID 501 does not match 0 of root volume for "/Library".
User ID 0 does not match 501 of root volume for "/Library".
Group ID 20 does not match 80 of root volume for "/Library".
Group ID 0 does not match 80 of root volume for "/Library".
Group ID 20 does not match 0 of root volume for "/Library".
Mode drwxr-xr-x does not match drwxrwxr-t of root volume for "/Library".
----- End of Warnings-----

-----Begin Questions-----
Is there a list of the standards Mac OS X Privileges and Permissions for files and folders ?
How should I set the Owner and Group Privileges to don't become this Warnings any more ?
How I do to set to the drwxrwxr-t?
What means drwxrwxr-t?
What means User ID 501?
What means User ID 0?
What means Group ID 20?
What means Group ID 80?
What means Group ID 0?
-----End of Questions-----

Kind Regards

Eugen Mihalache
