As far as I've been able to tell, the receipt name is only determined by the
name of the folder that your source files are in. As far as I've been able
to figure out, there is no way to change the receipt name (including edits
in raw mode), except by changing the name of your folder - but I could be
wrong.

IIRC, PackageMaker creates the name from the name of the files included.
You can not change it without editing the project in raw mode or the
project XML file with a text editor.
