Larger installer screen

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to make the default screen presented in the Installer any wider? Specifically, in the Custom Install screen, I would like the Package Name column to be wider, without the user having to adjust the widths of the columns. So if there was a way to specify the width of the column, or make the entire screen wider, either of those solutions would work.

Also, does anyone know a trick to have it display a specific size of the install rather than having the installer determine the size automatically. For example, if a user installs the program, then deletes it, and then reinstalls later, it is still listed as an "upgrade" with "size 0". Of course if I delete the receipt after installation it would act as a fresh install next time, but I have previously been advised not to use a script to delete receipts.

Thanks,
Andrew
