Hi,
I am looking for a way to change the icon of a .pkg created with
10.4 as target. I tried embedding the 'icon.icns' file to resources
& modifying the info.plist with 'icon' value for 'Icon file' tag. I
also tried doing some tweaking but didn't help.
Could you please help me doing the task? Are there any specific
requirements/specification for the icns file??
3 solutions:
- CandyBar by Panic: You add the .icns file to your icon collection
in CandyBar and then you use the Quick Drop feature.
- Copy and Paste via the Finder info window
- You create a Icon\r invisible file inside the .mpkg folder. You
then set the Custom Icon flag with /Developer/Tools/SetFile
