They said that publication resources have been reallocated to iOS documentation support, and the tech support guy said he wasn't sure when, or even if, the issue will be resolved.

doesn't seem to exist anymore:  When I click on the link, I'm told the link is outdated, and I'm redirected to the main Reference Library page.  Searching there doesn't yield any results either.

Can someone tell me where I can find this document?
