Noooo! Really?
I'm sure there are myriad Radars against PackageMaker, but maybe if the filers (especially the ones at Apple) appended to the reports the total number of hours lost to PackageMaker bugs, that may help make the business case that Apple likes to see on requests.
But for all I know, people have been doing this all along. It's very discouraging.
