The way I have always done it is with an InstallationCheck script. simply call `sw_vers -productVersion` to get the OS version.

One thing I can't figure out, though, is how to require a particular OS version or higher. I have to require OS 10.5 or higher. This is one thing that PackageMaker makes easy: "Target OS version" is one of the things you can add as a requirement. What's the equivalent in Iceberg?
Also: When you set up a requirement whose specification is "Bundle has its value for key", which plist does it look at? There's info.plist and version.plist.
