Hello Stephane,
Below is the update post our tests.
The good news is using the Test PKG you have provided we are able to verify that PT-BR is working properly.
However, we are not able to achieve the same with similar changes in our application.
we need to below information to verify if we have missed out something.
1. Can we get the pkgproj file that you have created for the TEST PKG so that we can verify if we need to do more changes in our PKG file.
Here is the our pkgproj:
<dict>
<key>LANGUAGE</key>
<string>Brazilian Portuguese</string>
<key>VALUE</key>
<dict>
<key>PATH</key>
<string>../resources/Installer/TestProj/pt-BR.lproj/Welcome.rtf</string>
<key>PATH_TYPE</key>

</dict>
</dict>
2. Can we know the version of Packages you have used. we are using the version 1.1.1 of Packages.
3. Can we get the new changes to Packages if you have done some so that we can do the same.
