Hi Stephane,
Thanks for your suggestions. Following are your two statements.
- they do not include any chrome (no welcome, read me, EULA, background picture)
- they do not let you specify installation requirements.
This means that in flat package installers, I cannot show the EULA (End user License agreement), Background image for the installer and Installation checks (such as the checking the OS version for installing the package)?

This is, of course, for flat packages. Flat or bundle distributions
bring back the UI and requirements stuff.
