There's a template project for that:

You may need to offset the print, save and language buttons a bit on
the left or right. I haven't tweaked it yet.

It works fine from Mac OS X 10.5 to Mac OS X 10.7++ as far as I know
(you need to build it on 10.6 to get the 64-bit architecture support).
