AFAIK, it's not possible to display it in the Finder as the Finder
looks for the information in the Info.plist file (and segment) of
applications. It may still be looking for the info in the old
resources files.

It can be possible to find the version with some line of codes or a
script though. But if you are looking to get this information in the
Info window, your only hope (and this is a tiny small one) is to file
an enhancement request.
