Defining the conclusion action in the distribution is not documented
(even in the updated documentation from February *)…
The conclusion action is not attached to a distribution but to each pkg-ref.
Having the installer application figure out what the appropriate
conclusion action should be based on the ones defined for each package
is way more flexible. Ideally, it should be able to figure that based
on the selected choices (I didn't check in a recent build of Mac OS X
whether this has changed or not).
