Thanks a lot for explnation. We are choosing the same option greater than = in mega bytes.but for some reasons we are getting error. I will try to build d pkg once again and post the results.

When choosing memory requirements only, distribution.dist will not be created instead packagemaker creates InstallationCheck script and adds pkmkshellutility to the package. When you choose HDD requirements and memory, it creates the distribution.dist file.
 
Choose Megabytes Available on Target >= (your values in MB) and build the package.
