Do not allow downgrade.

Hi,

I thought that packages built using Packagemaker 3.0.5 didn't allow downgrade by default. But in my case (building using command-line), the packages are always allowing installation even in case of downgrade. Is there any option to not allow downgrade like "IFPkgFlagAllowBackRev" was there in bundle packages.
Is there any other way?

Thanks,
Vikram
