[Bug] Download progress over 100%

Just in case you use a remote package (http://) in a distribution and
during the installation, you observe that the percentage of the
download goes over 100%, it's apparently a bug in Mac OS X
(Installer.app or Install.framework or another related components).

The displayed value is 100x too big.
