It looks very interesting. Note that the Read Me indicates that root access is required to authorize accessibility: "accesibility deals with behind-the-scenes systems that Apple believes require extra privileges to enable.... These privileges must be granted by a privileged user via sudo ." So somebody, either the user or the network administrator, will have to provide an authenticating password.

Nice looking tool, might be easier to use than using sqlite3 if you need to integrate into an installer script.
