Stupid question (with a follow-up):
Why not just keep all the languages for the EULA?
If your license is available as a PDF and you only need to support
10.8 (or later), it's possible to create a fake PDF that includes all
the languages. Apple uses this. I don't remember whether this is
supported starting with 10.8 or 10.9 and, at the time of this writing,
I can't find on which disk image I saw this
