Forgot to mention that I am currently creating a flat package for osx 10.7.5 and later.
- On a non-apple operating system, I have an installer custom error page where the user can opt into sending me information about their problem. Specifically, I would like to send the user to that error page equivalent on osx, and http post some anonymous
data if they choose.
- I would also like to avoid system.run() warning prompt (extra user click) by integrating some signed code from a plugin. I’m currently running a script that warns a user. I don’t know if authoring a plugin could help.
I’ve thought of some workarounds for 1 and 2, but I am looking for something more elegant (less clicks), and integrated (feels like osx).

If I want to customize osx distribution menu order, or insert new menus and functionality, is this possible with custom plugins?
If not, where should I begin?
