For an updated IDE you might want to look at Packages.

Hi
I am still using PackageMaker to build my installers but as this
hasn't been updated in a long time I need to move to something more
modern. AFAICT the new Apple provided way for doing this is using
pkgbuild and productbuild.
Is this the case?
Does anyone know of any documentation for converting a .pmdoc format
installer to the format needed for using pkgbuild as I can't find
any documentation?
Are there any other recommended way to build installers going forward?
Cheers
Adam
